In line with the Federal Government’s vision for digital transformation of public financial management, the Office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) has initiated the implementation of the Online Billing Solution, Micro Payment Gateway (MPG), and RAAST-based payment system --aimed at ensuring faster, more secure, and cost-effective disbursements to employees, pensioners, and vendors. Office of the Accountant General, AJ&K, in compliance with the directions of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), is implementing the Micro Payment Gateway (MPG) / RAAST payment mechanism for fast, secure, and cost-effective disbursement of payments to vendors and other beneficiaries. This system ensures real-time credit of payments directly into beneficiaries’ bank accounts, thereby eliminating delays and minimizing payment failures.
